Easy-going spacious houseshare

One person needed to share 3-bed semi-detached house with myself. There is a good sized double room available and a smaller third bedroom which would make a good office / study / storage space. Although the house is rented unfurnished, the new housemate only needs furniture for their own bedroom.

I have lived here for more than two years and as my housemate has already left, the room is available immediately. The living area is very spacious (and so is the garden - ideal for summer BBQs!) so it is easy for two separate individuals to live here without crowding each other.

Good access to A3 (just 10 mins drive to Guildford) and train / bus links.
