Double Bedroom in Tooting/Mitcham Border

Hello! We are looking to rent two double bedrooms in our 3 bedroom house. There is a new bathroom to share between yourself and the other lodger. There is a private driveway and large front garden, which is a communal space between the 5 houses on the corner and offers parking/outdoor seating area.
We also have our own back garden and patio with 2 sheds for storage. All rooms in the house are shared, except for the living room. We have a very friendly and obedient cocker spaniel (doesn’t bark/never aggressive) who mainly resides in the living room.

All bills included in rental price. Both rooms have the same furniture - a double bed, open wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. You are of course free to add any furniture you would like.

I live here with my husband, I am a doctor and he’s an accountant. We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, clean and an easy going person who takes care of our home.
As mentioned earlier there is parking available, but if you commute we are:
• 10 minute walk to Mitcham Eastfields Station (links to Balham, Clapham Junction, Victoria, London Bridge, Peckham, Tulse Hill, Epsom, Sutton)
• 5 minute bus to Tooting Station (links to Wimbledon, St Pancras, City Thameslink and other central London stations)
• 10 minute bus to Tooting Broadway Station (Northern Line)

Outside the house are plenty of buses that come every 1-3 minutes, majority go to Tooting Broadway which makes the tube commute easy. 264, 270, 280, 355, 127, 201, 152, S1


Supermarket wise: 5-10 minute walk to Asda/Lidl. 15 minute to Tesco/Aldi
Although we are technically in Mitcham, it’s actually very easy to get to the tube in the morning as there is a bus lane the entire journey.
