Spacious Maisonette in Tooting!

My flatmates and I are looking to find replacements for our tenancy agreement for our three double bedroom maisonette in Tooting. You would be finishing out our lease which ends September 20th 2021. Each bedroom is large, plenty of space for a double bed and any additional furniture you bring with you. One room is slightly smaller but has fully fitted wardrobes. The house comes with beds only, they were purchased brand new last year so are still quite fresh.

There is a large garden in the back as well as a driveway for anyone looking to park their car. There's an additional small room next to the entry stairs that can be used for storage or as an office, so there's generous space available in the flat. The kitchen comes with a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Please contact me if you have any questions, we are looking to move out due to financial difficulties due to covid. It's a great place to live with a good landlord. We can also be quite flexible with the move in date!
