Spacious room furnished with a large double bed and memory foam mattress, PAX storage unit and clothes rail. The room is for single occupier use only. The property is located on a quiet residential street, no traffic/noise.

I am ideally looking for a housemate who is an easy going working professional. Someone who's tidy, responsible and diligent and not too noisy. You will be sharing the house with me (live in landlord) and one other professional female.

I am looking for someone on same timeframe as us, up and busy/out to work during the day (sorry, no work from home) and quiet in the evening for all our comfort. No shift workers as it won't fit in with the household lifestyle.
