The tenants are very nice and didn't give me any problem since their stay. If they have any issues, I try to solve them within 3-4 working days depending on the problem.
1 Weeks Rent and 2 Weeks Deposit would be required in Advance.
Minimum Stay is 3 month's with a notice period required of 2 weeks
