This room is in the ground floor and shower/toilet is just opposite this room which will be mainly used by the tenants of this room. Other tenants might use it occasionally but not regular basis.

It’s only a double room in a shared house so not suitable for a family with children or couples planning to have a family.

Rent is £900 per calendar month for single person but £975 for 2 persons, couple or partners. All bills are included.

Smoking is allowed only in the outside garden sitting area.
