Large south facing double room in quiet, spacious, friendly house in Morden / Raynes Park area. The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, armchair, bedside cabinet, chest of draws, desk and chair. The rent is £ 850 per calendar month inclusive of all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax and internet)

The house has modern utilities, fully equipped kitchen/dining/lounge, bath and shower with hot water 24 hours, gas central heating, cable TV and superfast Fibre optic wireless broadband internet. Local amenities: Co-op, Mini Mart with Post Office, hairdressers, pub and the usual restaurants/takeaways are all within a short walking distance. A larger Tesco supermarket is 1.27 miles away. Sainsbury, Lidl and Iceland are 10 minutes away on the bus in Morden town centre. Morden Park Pool and Gym are just across the park. David Lloyds Leisure with indoors and outdoors swimming pools, tennis courts, gym, saunas, steam rooms and a 10 pin bowling lane is 1.5 miles from the house.

The house is two minutes away from bus stations with excellent links to Wimbledon (2.2 miles), Sutton (4 miles), Kingston (4.5 miles) and Epson (5 miles). Central London is easily accessible via tube or train. There is free on street parking if you have a car. There are a couple of bicycle stands on the house driveway which are covered by CCTV cameras.

You will be sharing with 1 girl and 2 guys; all professional easy going and tidy people. We are all a friendly bunch and enjoy socializing over a barbeque or a pizza but we also respect each others privacy. We prefer to look at this as our home and would prefer another professional girl to share the house with. The house is quiet and clean, everyone pulls their own weight cleaning after themselves and general cleaning is done once a week. You will get a turn at general cleaning once every 4 weeks.

There is a nice professionally maintained garden which is great for relaxing or planting and picking herbs.
