Hi,

I am a private landlord, offering a spacious double room in a flatshare, available to professionals. The flat is really spacious (130 sq metres) and very bright.

The apartment is well located:

• Morden Tube Station – 5 mins walking
• Wimbledon – 10 mins by bus
• Tooting/ Balham/ Clapham – 10 to 15 mins by tube
• Bank Station 30 mins - by tube

Morden is a really safe area (Merton is currently the seventh safest borough in London) with lots of shops and amenities. There is Sainsbury's, LIDL and Iceland within 5 mins of the flat and some nice parks around too, including Morden Hall Park, which is both huge and beautiful.

Morden Park is a 3 minute walk and is a great park for a 5km run. There is a gym and a swimming pool located there too.

Rent includes council tax and water.
Gas/ electric and broadband are not included and need to be arranged by the tenants.
