Single and double rooms available in Morden

One single and one double room available for single occupancy in a comfortable flat share. Please note, the rooms are not suitable for couples.

The rooms are furnished with bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and a chair.

The flat is nice and clean - weekly cleaning of shared areas is included in the rent so there is no need for a cleaning rosta.

All bills and internet connection are also included. The deposit is 1 months rent and the rent is paid monthly.

There are 2 other people living in the flat, both professional males in their 20s and 30s. There will never be more than 4 people living in this flat in total (including you). All bedrooms are for single occupancy.

The flat is spacious, with separate living/dining room, large kitchen, plenty of fridge and storage space, recently renovated bathroom and a separate toilet. The place is very quiet and peaceful and we are looking for someone who is considerate of others and is looking for a quiet place to live themselves.

The location is convenient with Morden Tube station and Morden South Thameslink station both 5 min walk away. A journey to central London takes around 30min. There are also many bus routes available nearby. Off street parking is available too.

We are looking for a long term tenant. Single room is available now and double one will be available in a couple of weeks time.
