Bedroom available is fully furnished with bed, mattress, shelves, clothes/shoes rack. First floor.

-House has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: 1 ensuite with private bathroom, 1 bathroom with a bathtub/shower on 1st floor and a 2 piece bathroom on the ground floor.
- You will be sharing the house with 3 ladies
- House is brand new - building has 4 years’ only
-Spacious open kitchen/communal area with all appliances (including dishwasher and a nespresso coffee machine)
-Private garden
-Parking space available
-No smokers please
-Bills included with the rent.
-We have a cleaner who comes once a week
