Hello! I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy on my large double room in a huge lovely house as I have to relocate for work. I have put the availability date as 3RD AUGUST but could potentially be earlier.

Modern designed, lovely, clean and spacious house with big back garden and located in a quiet neighbourhood off the main rd (Martin way). There is plenty of on street parking and also a parking space on the driveway.

This double room is located on the first floor and looks out over the back garden. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, two bedside tables and a large chest of drawers. The rent is £600pm.

ALL your bills are included, the house and room is fully furnished and comes with washing machine, tumble dryer, unlimited BT internet, tv, microwave, all crockery, pots, pans, etc, ironing board.

There is a kitchen, living room and a large conservatory with a dining table. We have three large fridge/freezers and one small one so there is plenty of food storage. The bathroom is only shared with two others as one bedroom has an en suite and there is a W/C on the top floor.

You would be living with 3 friendly housemates who keep the place clean and comfortable to live in.

Northern line is not far at all and Morden South station is under 10 minutes walk from the house for Southern services and Thames link.
