We have a double bedroom available in a terraced house near Morden Tube station for £550 per month (including all bills), the room overlooks a large garden and comes furnished with bed, wardrobe and shelving. Deposit of one month in advance is required.

We have a shared living room with two sofas, a fireplace, Sky TV (with sports/Premier League), Netflix and Amazon Prime. Fast WIFI throughout the house. Garden is a real asset, it’s huge for London and great for BBQs.

Housemates

We are currently a household of three and looking for an additional housemate to join us! Our ages range from 26-33 (two English guys, one Aussie girl). We also have a cat and a small dog roaming around downstairs (both well behaved) so would be great if you loved animals.
