Hello, I am a live in landlord and I live with my partner and one lodger. I work full time for the emergency service and the lodger is a teacher. We are all LGBT friendly and easy to get on with.

The house is located Morden/ Rosehill SM4 (Zone 4). I would describe the house as bright, decorative, tidy, clean and modern.

I have a spacious and bright double bedroom to rent. It's a nice bright room with a double bed, memory foam mattress, chest of drawers, deep fitted wardrobe, under bed storage, beside unit, so lots of storage and bright open space.

The room is ideal for a single person (sorry no couples as house is too small for 5 people). Ideally a professional in full time employment or a student in full time education. I am looking for someone easy to get on with, tidy, clean, trustworthy, sociable and respectful.

We have 3 outdoor cats between us and a lovely well behaved cocker spaniel dog medium in size. You must not be allergic to animals and be an animal lover or at least tolerate them.
The rent includes: Access to the kitchen, bathroom and garden. The living room is private and not part of the rent at the moment until further notice. The rent includes all bills (fibre broadband, gas, electricity, water, TV licence and council tax.
Parking is free on the road, side roads and in marked bays on pavement.

The house is served by many bus routes and a Thameslink train service. The nearest bus stop is 3 mins walk away (heading towards Wimbledon, Morden, Sutton, Mitcham, Croydon etc). St Helier train station is 12mins walk and Morden tube Station (Northern Line to central London)is a 7 minutes by bus and is served by 3 buses.

The house is next to the A217 serving Gatwick, Brighton etc and is very close to the A3 serving M25, M4, M40, Guildford and central London.

There are many locals shops and restaurants all within short walking distance including a Lidl and a Tesco's nearby.
