We have a lovely double room to let for a single person (please note - the room is not suitable for couples). It’s near Morden Tube station - only 5min walk away. The property is large and spacious with separate living/dining room, large kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, two wardrobes, a desk and a chair. There is a lot of privacy for everyone in this flat and it is very clean as communal areas are cleaned weekly by us so there is no need for a cleaning rota etc, just clean as you go after yourself. The flatmates are in their 20s and 30s, all working full time and are all single people - no couples.

The flat is quiet and peaceful and we are looking for someone who is considerate of others and easy to get along with. The rent for this room is £875 PCM and the deposit is one months rent (this may be negotiable for the right person). All bills are included in the rent.

Morden is a nice location with many new restaurants and coffee shops, several parks and a new leisure centre, but also it is very well connected with central London - a Tube ride to London Bridge takes around 30min. There is also a Thameslink overground station very close by and this can take you to Wimbledon, Sutton as well as central London. Many local bus routes are also available.
