This room is to be let to a female only, students welcome, all ages and nationalities/languages welcome.

This is an all female household with two females currently living here. There are no overnight visitors, so the house is safe.

The newly decorated room is on the ground floor, with an ottoman bed, dresser, drawers and TV.

All bills including wi-fi, electricity and council tax are included.

You will have access to the cozy living room, garden, shared kitchen, with dishwasher and washer dryer. Shared bathroom.

45 minutes to central London on the Northern line from Morden Tube Station, which is walking distance and accessible by 3 different door-to-door busses.

Busses directly outside go to: Morden/Wimbledon/Sutton/St Helier Hospital/Wallington.

St Helier hospital, shops, Doctors/Dentist & amenities near-by.
