The flat is situated in a leafy part of Morden with local shops , bars and restaurants all in short distance -about 5-10 minutes walk away .

Morden Hall Park is approximately 5 minutes walk away .

The flat is in very nice condition . Lovely kitchen and bathroom .

Viewing is highly recommended.

This double room has been freshly painted with new wooden floor through out .

All bills are included in the rent with Wifi .

Weekly cleaning will be provided as well .

Share kitchen and bathroom with three others working professionals .

Looking for a clean , tidy and working person who can also help look after the flat .

For the tenant safety , the room is also fitted with smoke alarm . Heat alarm and carbon monoxide alarm are also fitted in the kitchen .
