Tube: 5 minute bus ride, 8 minute cycle or 21 minute walk to Morden Underground station, on the Northern Line. Then 25 minutes to central London.
Tram: 9 minutes walk to Mitcham tram stop which is 10 minutes into Wimbledon.
Train: One tram stop from Mitcham Junction to pick up Thameslink into central and north London (37 minutes to St. Pancras/Kings Cross).
Lots of safe cycle routes to Morden, Wimbledon and Mitcham Junction to connect to public transport.

THE AREA - NATURE
Quick access to nature (5 minutes walk) to Ravensbury Park and then on to the very beautiful National Trust Morden Hall park, both of which provide an excellent cycle route to Morden and Wimbledon. Also 3 minutes to Poulter Park.
Good cycle lanes.
