Double room

Hey all, I’m looking for someone to share my home.

The room has a double bed, built-in wardrobes providing plenty of storage, a dressing table, and there is enough space for a desk if you want one.

The house is a three-bedroom terrace, although I have converted the box room into my study so it will just be the two of us. It has a good size living room and a dining room.

There is a back garden with seating and a BBQ which is perfect for the summer. I also have a secure bike shed in the front garden and you are very welcome to put a bike in there if you have one.

It has all the usual stuff – WiFi, Virgin TV, washing machine, dishwasher etc (I’m sure I have missed something off here, but it has everything you would expect it to have!)

The area is lovely and quiet with a number of parks/trees/greens etc but is walking distance (about a mile) to either Morden or Raynes Park. I timed that it takes me 18 mins but there is also a bus if you prefer.

I am quite sociable and chatty and but also like quiet time occasionally. I’m looking for someone who I can get on with, but most importantly, someone who will look after the house. I bought it just over three years ago and so the carpets and furniture are still quite new. That said, I expect the house to be lived in!

All bills are included unless they are ridiculously expensive.
