We are proud to offer a stunning room in a lovely flat in the heart of Morden (5min walk)

The rooms are totally furnished.

The communal area is clean and tidy which comprises with fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all kitchen appliances. It has also been freshly painted throughout.

The utility bills are included in the monthly rent.

We offer weekly cleaning and maintenance service, also Wi-Fi as a courtesy. We don't charge for these services provided. It's just to keep our standard.
After that payment is made, You need send your documents via email, then you will be required attend our office to pay the initial FIRST 2 WEEKS + THE LAST 4 WEEKS (NOTICE PERIOD)
and also a One off payment of £200, this will cover the bills (Utilities Bills only) for the initial 6 months of the contract, after the 6 month if you decide to continue with the contract on a rolling basis, no further payment towards the bills will be required.

**All the flatmates will be young professionals, clean and respectful, so we are looking to keep it in the same standard.
