Large double room - Friendly Houseshare in Morden

Hello there potential housemate!

One of our current housemates is leaving our house to move in with his partner, so we have a large double bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house in an established houseshare in Morden. It’s £650 a month all bills included and the room is available from 16/06/2024.

The new tenant will be sharing the rest of the house with myself (32), Theo (28) & Lou (25). I work in fintech, Theo is a civil servant and Lou is a healthcare administrator.

Ideally we would like our new housemate to be somebody who enjoys living with housemates and fits in well with a friendly group of professionals. We all get on well here and it's nice to be able to have a drink and a friendly chat with each other, whether that's for 5 minutes in the kitchen or for 5 hours in the pub.

In addition to the room, we have a fully furnished shared living area with a television, broadband, a spacious kitchen with two fridges and kitchen equipment, bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath, conservatory and garden.

There are two parking spaces available on the driveway and plenty of street parking in the area, including a space that is usually free directly outside the house.

Morden is a quiet area with good local shops and fantastic transport links - we are about 15 minutes from the tube & about 10 minutes from Morden South Overground. It only takes about 30-40 minutes to get into Central London. There is a Sainsbury's local across the road and some bigger shops near the tube.

The room is available from June 16th 2024 which is the day after the current tenant moves out.

The room comes unfurnished, but the leaving tenant is open to leaving the wardrobe and the bed frame.

All other rooms in the house are furnished, and there is plenty of extra space for storage of a bike if you have one.
