The house is situated in a quiet residential area. The location is within 10 minutes commute distance from Morden station, 5 minutes from Morden South Train Station, 20 minutes from Wimbledon with lots of places to eat, drink and shop, very close to Sainsbury and ASDA 5 minutes walking distance. There are frequent bus services 3 minutes away (93, 293, 413, 154).

The housemates are all working and very friendly
We are looking for someone to rent long term. We have been sharing the house for 6 years now, everyone is great, respectful, and keeps it clean.
