Description

Hi! I am leaving the flat and I am looking for someone to replace me. The room will be available from 6th of May

This is a residential area, 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom flat.

About the room:
-It has ensuite bathroom with shower so you can enjoy some privacy. :)
-Currently, the room is furnished with an extensible sofa, which was intentionally chosen as I used to work from home, and having a bed in the room would only remind me of sleeping.
-The sofa can be replaced if you prefer a bed.
-In the pictures, it might appear that there is limited space when the sofa is extended, but in reality, the sofa is quite spacious, even larger than a standard bed when fully extended. So, rest assured, you’ll have enough space.

Utilities:
There is literally everything you need in the flat. -dishes, coffee machine, toaster, microwave.
- All rooms are equipped with TV’s (including the living room)

Transportation:
The flat is situated in Morden 10-12 min walking from the tube (Northern Line) and 5-8 min from bus stations. (Depending which line).
There are great connection through Northern line:
-1 tube station to South Wimbledon
- 5 tube stations to Clapham Common area
- 25 min to Leicester Square

“Amenities”
- residential area with private park where only residents can have access (gate with code or key)
- 5-6 min walking you have the Morden Hall Park. This is a huge park where I used to go for running.
- stores, Sainsbury, restaurant and fast food 4 5 min walk

The current occupant of the flat is a 55-year-old engineer, who also happens to be my father (I am a 30-year-old female). Having lived with him for the past 4 years, I can assure you that he is an easy person to live with! 😂

He’s easy going and a respectful individual who values privacy, enjoys a peaceful environment, and absolutely loves cooking.

He expects the person who moves in to be respectful, maintain cleanliness, wash dishes after meals, keep the kitchen tidy, and take care of the rubbish – just basic common sense.

During his free time, he likes studying, reading books, and watching movies. You’ll never have to worry about dealing with loud parties or constant visitors, as that’s not his style at all.

He is accustomed to living with other people, having experience in share houses before, and knows how to treat and respect others. There has been someone else living here last summer for 3 months who was a 25 year professional and they got along very well.

Additionally, he’s skilled in fixing everything in the house, making him a reliable and handy person to have around (that’s why the landlord loves him)

Rent is £870/month, which includes all bills (Council tax £70, Electricity £60-70, Internet £20, water £18, and TV tax £7).

If you’re interested please drop me a message and I ll get back to you.
