Double room for rent

I’m listing the last bedroom I have available for rent. There are 4 people living in the house at the moment, I’m working in construction, Joseph who’s a manager at Screwfix and also is student forex and and computer clouding as well as Paul who works in the construction field too and Pasqualino who woks in a pizzeria. We are quiet people, everyone is very social, We enjoy watching movies when free, making barbecues, go for a bicycle ride in the nearby parks, on weekends we go out for a drink or have a drink at home, have conversations when cooking together or when we see each other, I’m 27yo, Joseph 25 and Paul 30, Pasqualino 32. There's parking in the property, front and side garden & 2 bathrooms.
