This is a quiet house situated on a quiet - tree lined - road. Modern, refurbished semi detached house with no properties opposite, parking facility. The room is immediately available . I cannot emphasise enough that you must be clean, sensible and reliable. The property has a high security system both internally and externally. The sitting and dining section of the house are combined in the conservatory situated off a new German fully equipped kitchen (two ovens, two tall fridge freezers, AEG electric 5 ring induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and of course a new washing machine (all units are integrated). with plenty of worktop space. Guests are allowed but on very rare occasion and may not use the facilities of the house. The new occupant will have clarity on house rules, The rent is all inclusive (I even buy the bottled drinking water as I have a salt based industrial water softener (great for your skin, hair and washing clothes - no limescale - I also buy all cleaning products so you have no excuse not to clean when required).
The bathroom is super modern but you will have to share it with me..
