A double bedroom (furnished), sharing bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room (which is being refurbished and due for completion shortly). Hence the current rental £750 per month is reflective of the refurbishment in the living/dining room (which should be completed soon). Once this is done, the new rental (£800 per month) will reflect accordingly.

No smoking in the house but no objections to smoking on the decking at the back of the house. Parking space can be arranged.
I am a non intrusive yet friendly artist and I am looking for a genuine person to share my home. No set rules beyond common sense and respect to my home. There are a few ongoing minor refurbishments but main bits should be completed before summertime.
A quiet, clean and hygienic person who doesn’t mind mucking in with the cleaning chores would be ideal.
