Great Studio Near Morden Station

I am delighted to advertise this lovely studio in the prestigious area of Morden.

The studio is separate from the main house, offering more privacy. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, directly in front of Morden Hall Park,

We do not charge any deposit, however, the below is required:

To secure the room, a holding deposit of £200 is required. This amount will be deducted from the balance due later.

After making the payment, please send your documents via email. Then, you will need to visit our office to pay the following:

The first two weeks of the contract

The last four weeks' rent (notice period)

A one-time payment of £200 to cover utility bills for the first six months of the contract.

If you decide to extend the contract on a rolling basis after the initial six months, no additional payment for utilities will be required.

We offer maintenance services, cleaning, and Wi-Fi as a courtesy. These services are not included in the bills or rent, and we do not charge for them. They are provided solely to maintain our high standards.

All the flatmates are young professionals who are clean and respectful, so we are looking for someone who can maintain the same standards.
