We're in search of a nice person to fill a vacancy in our 4-bedroom professional shared house in SM4.

Regrettably, one of our flatmates is moving overseas, so we're looking for someone who is easy-going, sociable, and neat&clean to take their place.

You'll be joining two women (who don't work from home) and one man (who does work from home sometimes), all of whom have been living together happily for several years.

We like spending time together, hosting regular movie nights with our living room projector, having BBQs in our garden, and participating in quiz nights. Ideally, we're hoping to find someone who we can become friends with overtime. Also our our current pub quiz scores could use a boost if you can help there too...

The house has 2 bathrooms, so you'd only be sharing with one other person. The available room is neutrally decorated and spacious, offering plenty of room for a desk if you work from home. The room will be let unfurnished, but the departing flatmate is willing to leave their furniture for a nominal fee.

Additional details:
- We have two fridge/freezers and ample storage space
- good sized living room
- separate a small room for drying laundry.
- two outdoor sheds that can be used for bike storage. Bills are split equally among the four of us each month, with each person taking responsibility for one bill.

🚌🚂🚌🚂Transportation:
- Morden underground station and town centre (with a large Sainsbury’s & Lidl) are a 12-15 minute walk away.
- South Merton Station (Thames Link to London Bridge/Kings Cross etc or Sutton) is just a 5-minute walk away.
- If you cycle Wimbledon is under 10mins away.
