Looking for a female lodger to rent my bright, clean, spacious furnished double room in a 1930s art deco style block of flats with security entrance. The room is in a two-bed 1st floor flat. Brand new bed with two draws underneath and mattress. The room has a built-in in wardrobe + other storage There is off street parking and green space for residence. The property boasts a balcony, communal livingroom, kitchen with amenities, bathroom and seperste toilet.

Room includes bills (rent, council tax, gas, electric, water, TV licence, broadband and contents insurance). Public transport links and shops are within very close proximity.

You would be living with myself, one cat and a variety of plants. I am a smoker but I smoke outdoors so the flat is a smoke free environment. I'm very easy going and am hoping to find a suitable match to rent the room, preferably long term.
