Spacious, all fitted, bright room available in a quiet, clean, and peaceful flat 2 min away from St Helier train station and 10 min away from Morden tube station.

The room has a new bed and mattress and hangers. It’s a smaller double room of 2 bedrooms, and big bathroom will be mostly used by you as the other bedroom has its own en suite shower.

There is a shared living room, all fitted kitchen, and some cupboard space for luggage.

I am looking for a professional or student who is clean, responsible, friendly and quiet.

Viewings will be possible end of the month on 27, 28, 29th and last weekend of August or second week of September. The move in dates flexible. Only females please. Additional bills will be council tax 80£, the rest is included into rent.
