After making the payment, please send your documents via email. Then, you will need to visit our office to pay the following:
The first two weeks of the rent
The last two weeks (notice period)
A one-time payment of £200 to cover utility bills for the first three months of the contract.
If you decide to extend the contract on a rolling basis after the initial three months, no additional payment for utilities will be required.
We provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge they’re on us, so they’re not part of the bills or rent. It’s just our way of keeping things comfortable for everyone!
