Hello! I'm looking for friendly, clean, and tidy housemates to join me in my cozy place in Morden. The rooms are unfurnished double. There is a number of nearby transport links, so commuting is a breeze. If you're interested, please get in touch!
Currently there is noone other than myself but would like to share with people who are similar minded. If you have a friend and would like to bring them with you, that is cool. Looking for long terms housemates.
I have 2 double rooms available. Daily driveway parking use in exchange for higher rent. Alternatively, there is offstreet parking but if you need occasional use of driveway that is fine at no charge.
No couples unless each willing to take a room for £700per person.
