Large en suite room in Morden

We have a large double, en-suite room available immediately in a friendly house in Morden.

In lieu of the fact that November is already upon us a reduced rent for this month is negotiable for someone who wishes to move in immediately.

Across the road from Morden Park, on a main bus route and five to ten minutes from the Northern Line. It's the end of the line so you always get a seat on your morning commute 😉

We are a friendly house, very relaxed and welcoming. We enjoy cooking together, BBQ in the yard any time of year and are happy to have any of the flatmates friends around.

We work in events and are building businesses so have irregular patterns. Still, we like to achieve a balance and there is plenty of peace and quiet to be had.
