SHORT LET

THIS IS A SHORT LET - 3 MONTHS

I have a bright and comfortable double room available in a very clean and cozy house. The home is fully equipped with all kitchen utilities and everything you need to feel comfortable right away, it has 1 bathroom upstairs and 1 toilet downstairs and beautiful garden. We are professionals full time employed age between 26 and 42. This is a very clean and quiete house, there’s a professional cleaner that comes every 2 weeks to clean the house and it’s included in the price also the cleaning products and toilet paper. The area is safe and has everything you need, Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Iceland, a few restaurants and bars, it’s also 10 min from Wimbledon, 
We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and organised, someone who values a peaceful and positive environment, keeping the atmosphere as healthy and enjoyable as possible for everyone.
📍 Location: Just a 3-minute walk to the station, super convenient for commuting or exploring the area.

PS: The short-let can be extended; however, the original rent of £850 applies after the initial 3-month period.
For the first 3 months, the rent will be £600. After that, if you wish to continue, the rent will revert to £850. You are free to stay only for the 3 months if you wish not to extend.
