I’m renting out a self-contained one-bedroom apartment that forms a portion of the main house, which has been properly sectioned off. The apartment has its own private entrance, so it’s separate from the rest of the home.

The main house is occupied by four adults (no children).

• Access to the garden, with use of a designated section

We’re ideally looking for someone long term — a working couple or students who are tidy, respectful, and looking for a calm place to settle.

The property is in a quiet residential area and suits people who value privacy while still being part of a well-kept home environment.
