Lovely Furnished Double Room in Friendly Family Ho

We’re looking for a friendly, considerate female tenant to join our home and help keep the household balance (currently two females and three males!). Most importantly, you’ll need to be comfortable around children and happy living with a small dog.

We have a fully furnished double room available with all bills included and fast WiFi throughout the house.

A Monday–Friday let would be preferred (£520), but we’re open to discussing full-time for the right person (£670)

Location-wise, we’re really well connected:
10-minute walk to Morden tube station (Northern Line)
10-minute walk to Morden South railway station
15 minute walk to the tram.
5-minute walk from various bus routes including those taking you to Wimbledon/Putney.
2 minute walk to Sainsbury's Local.

A little about us — Chris (38) and Hilary (37), an Englishman and an Aussie, live here with our twin boys (4) and our daughter (2). It’s a lively household with the usual happy chaos that comes with young children.

We also have Evie, our small and very sweet Jack Russell cross Bichon, who’s very much part of the family.

We’re usually up from around 6/6:30am, so please expect noise after this time - it’s a family home after all!

One month’s rent as a deposit is required. Room available now but also happy to wait for the right person.
