Bright double room in friendly professional house

Bright and spacious furnished double room available in a relaxed and respectful professional house share in SM4.

The room is available from June for a 6-month stay (move-in date can be flexible by a few days).

The house has a large shared kitchen-dining area, a modern bathroom shared with one other flatmate, and a big garden with decking and outdoor seating — great during summer.

Transport is very convenient:

* Bus stops directly outside the house
* Around 5 minutes to Morden Station
* Around 10-15minutes to Raynes Park Station
* Small local shops within 5–10 minutes walking distance

Current housemates are professional males in their early 40s who have known each other for many years. The atmosphere in the house is calm, respectful, and friendly. Everyone has their own space, but from time to time they enjoy having a drink together or a BBQ in the garden.

I’ll be away for a few months, so I’m looking for someone to enjoy and look after the room during that time.
We are looking for a respectful, clean, and easygoing male professional who would fit well into the house dynamic.
