• 4-bedroom home with 2 living rooms, 1 conservatory, and a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, washing machine, etc.)
• Backyard with beautiful trees and outdoor seating — perfect for relaxing or a BBQ 🌳
• Parking space for 2 cars in front
• 3 bath + toilets in total, plus 1 separate toilet and 1 separate bathroom
• The available room will share 1 toilet + shower between three people.

💰 Rent: Single room: £400/month (£500 approx including bills). One month rent as one time security deposit.
