Our current housemate is moving out at the end of the month (anytime between 28Feb and 12 March) into a house he has bought (lucky him!)

Downstairs is lounge, WC, and huge open plan kitchen/dining room. There is also off-street parking and a large garden.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a small home office and family bathroom

House comes with superfast Fibre Broadband and Satellite TV + streaming movies/TV Shows. We also have a cleaner 3 times a month.

You'll be sharing with myself and my better half & 2 playful cats. (so an animal lover a must)
We're both from South Africa and have been here for many moons. Enjoy firing up the braai (barbeque to the uninitiated) and kicking back with a cold beer or glass of wine. So in that respect we are after someone who is sociable and likes to hang out from time to time. But we also both have busy schedules so often out and about.

We are a 10-15 minute walk to Morden Underground (or 3 minute walk to St Helier Avenue where there are frequent buses to Morden or Wimbledon)

The room in question is a decent sized double room up for grabs. For a single person the room is £700 all incl. For a couple the price goes up to reflect extra utilities usage and is £750.

The room measures 3m X 3. 3m and is supplied with a double bed + mattress, bookcase and side table.

The main thing to consider is that the lease is up MID JULY 2016 (hopefully buying our own place) So would only be a 4 month lease.
