Fantastic unique property, set on a island as the Wandle river splits in two. Flat has been gutted and completely refurbished to a high spec.

i have a large size double room (photo doesn't really do it justice, happy to send more if required) , fully furnished with fold out table and chair. I have wireless Broadband and Virgin cable TV.

The flat itself is in a secure gated development with parking, a river running through the complex makes it a nice tranquil environment. Morden station is 7 mins walk and using the northern line....within 20 mins you're in central london, or 7 mins in clapham. Wimbledon is also 5 mins away by tram (again tram station 5 mins away. Bus stops also on our street.

I'm looking ideally for a young professional, someone who's sociable, clean, tidy, respectful.
