Newly decorated/furnished single room in Morden

I moved into this pretty 3 bedroomed house in October. This is the first room that I have renovated. It is a lovely bright single room with Roman blind, new light oak desk with stool, table lamp, single bed, wardrobe with drawer, large mirror. Centrally heated, lovely and cosy. I have a black cockapoo puppy who is well behaved and sleeps downstairs and does not smell! I need to have someone who obviously likes dogs and would be mindful of her presence when coming in and leaving the house. I would like a clean/tidy/honest/considerate person. The rest of the house is pretty "tired" but homely. Renovations are ongoing and everyday something is happening. So not Homes and Gardens yet but well on the way! Lovely open spaces nearby, shops, gym and swimming pool.
