Double Room Available

Hi,

Double room available in a four bedroom house with a huge garden and parking space starting with the 15of February 2019. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac area very close to two big parks ideal of cycling, running or just to enjoy a open green area away from the noisy streets.

The room is fully furnished and recently redecorated. There is an open plan kitchen alongside with the living room and dining area and has pretty much everything you would need.

You will be sharing the house with a couple , their 4 year old child and another female.
Your room
Is situated upstairs near the other female double room.
We are in our early 30's, professionals with a fairly open minded attitude towards new people and new situations.

We are looking for a single person (450£ including council tax, internet, water). All we hope from you is to be working( pay the rent on time) and tidy.

The house is situated within walking distance to Morden station (10min) or Morden South train station (5min) which will take to Wimbledon in less that 7 min. Also there are several busses withing easy reach , specially nr. 93 which is running 24h/day
