The house is situated on a private road and free parking is available. Morden tube station is about 5 minutes' walk and South Merton train station is about 10 minutes' walk. The 93 bus stop is about 3 minutes' walk (which will take you into Wimbledon).

Rent is £750 for a single person or £860 for a couple.

References will need to be made (through Goodfellows). Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this (our Landlord requires referencing to be done, as in most places these days).

Deposit is £761.54 (6 weeks rent).
