Double 8 min walk Morden Tube (short let only)

I have a small but perfectly formed double room available to rent in a 3 bed modern and refurbished detached house in Morden. I'm happy to take short term let's.

The house has a shared large kitchen, dining/ sitting room, and shared bathroom. There's also a lovely private garden.

Transport links are good; Morden tram is nearby and the tube is approximately 8 minutes walk away. The area is peaceful and quiet but you can be in central London in 40 minutes door to door. If you have a car then you can buy a permit to park on the road outside.

Youd be sharing with me, a female professional aged 38 who works for the tube full time. I like films, reading, cycling and visiting friends in the pub. Also my cat, Basil who I'd need you to be a cat person.

Im looking for a male/ female professional whose clean and tidy but still fun and whose not going to be throwing a party every weekend (I'm too old for that now!)

Rent is £750 per month including bills (except for landline phone)
