Very quiet neighborhood and beautiful calm surroundings.

The kitchen comes with all kitchen stuff like cutlery, plates, glass etc and has hob, oven, microwave, toaster. We also have dryer and washing machine.
You would have separate space allocated in kitchen and fridge.

The house is just 10-15mins walk to morden station and just 1 minute walk to the bus station.

Sorry its not for couples, but you are allowed visitors.

No smoking inside the house or room. All housemates are working so we seldom see each other so most of the time its just a quick hi hello.
