The rent is £ 124 per week excluding bills or £ 135 inclusive of all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet and TV licence).
The house has modern utilities, fully equipped kitchen/dining/lounge, bath and shower with hot water 24 hours, gas central heating, cable TV and superfast Fibre optic wireless broadband internet. Local amenities: Co-op, Mini Mart with Post Office, hairdressers, pub and the usual restaurants/takeaways are all within a short walking distance. A larger Tesco supermarket is 1.27 miles away on the A3. Sainsbury, Lidl and Iceland are 10 minutes away on the bus in Morden town centre. Morden Park Pools and Gym is just across the park. David Lloyds Leisure with indoors and outdoors swimming pools, tennis courts, gym, saunas, steam rooms and a 10 pin bowling lane is 1.5 miles from the house.
The house is on main bus route between Morden and Wimbledon ( bus 163) and two minutes walking distance from bus stations with direct links to Sutton ( bus 413) Epsom ( bus 293) , and Kingston via Raynes Park ( bus 163 then bus 131 or bus 57). Central London is easily accessible via tube or train. There is free on street parking if you have a car.
You will be sharing with 1 girl and 2 boys; all professional easy going and tidy people. We are all a friendly bunch and enjoy socializing over a barbeque or a pizza but we also respect each others privacy. We prefer to look at this as our home and would prefer another professional girl to share the house with. The house is quiet and clean, everyone pulls their own weight cleaning after themselves and general cleaning is done once a week. You will get a turn at general cleaning once every 4 weeks.
There is a nice maintained garden which is great for drying clothes, relaxing or barbeques.
