Single room in spacious, friendly, all girls house in Morden / Raynes Park. The room is furnished with single bed, wardrobe, armchair, bedside table, chest of draws. The rent is £ 640 per calendar month inclusive of all bills.

The house has fully equipped kitchen/dining/lounge, bath with separate toilet, additional downstairs toilet, gas central heating and hot water, free view TV points in all the rooms and super fast fibre-optic wireless broadband internet. Local amenities: Co-op, Mini Mart with Post Office, hairdressers, pub and a couple of restaurants/takeaways are nearby in a parade of shops located at approximately 3 minutes walking distance. A larger Tesco supermarket is 1.27 miles away. Sainsbury, Lidl and Iceland are 10 minutes away on the bus in Morden town centre. Morden Park Pools and Gym are just across the park. David Lloyds Leisure with indoors and outdoors swimming pools, tennis courts, gym, saunas, steam rooms and a 10 pin bowling lane is 1.5 miles from the house.

The house is two minutes away from bus stations with excellent links to Raynes Park (1.4 miles), Wimbledon (2.2 miles), Sutton (4 miles), Kingston (4.5 miles) and Epson (5 miles). Central London is easily accessible via tube (Morden on the Northern Line) or train (Raynes Park to Waterloo in 20 minutes). There is free on street parking and also a private driveway if you have a car. The garden is professionally maintained and is great for relaxing, drying laundry, etc.

You will be sharing with 3 girls all professional easy going and tidy. They are all a friendly bunch and enjoy socializing over a barbecue or a pizza but there is also respect for each others privacy. They prefer to look at this as their home and would prefer another quiet girl (professional, non smoking ideally) to share the house with. This is a clean house, everyone pulls their own weight cleaning after themselves and general cleaning is done once a week. You will get a turn at general cleaning once every 4 weeks.
