The house is a 5 - 10 minute bus ride to Morden Underground station on the Northern Line. You can get to Central London - London Bridge, Waterloo or Victoria - in 25 minutes by underground.

You can walk to Morden underground station in 15 minutes if you fancy some exercise.
The house is only a 10 minute walk to St Helier Hospital and Rosehill shopping centre. It is also a short bus ride to Sutton, with a choice of buses and a frequent service on bus routes 164, 80 and 157.

Do you need to work or study at home? You can look forward to superfast, reliable broadband connection for all the surfing and downloads you need.

The house comes with a washing machine and tumble dryer - so you get your laundry done fast during the cold months and rainy days. No need for you to hung your washing indoors.

The room is a compact single room and will suit you if you don't need a lot of space. The room is fully furnished with a single bed and full-size wardrobe. You have a desk and chair for your computer work – leisure, work or study.

You will have additional storage in a cupboard within the room for items such as suitcases and boxes.
Have some free time, you can relax in the back garden and catch the sun to unwind.
