The location is within 10 minutes commute distance from Morden station, 20 minutes from Wimbledon with lots of places to eat, drink and shop, very close to big Sainsbury’s and ASDA 5 minutes walking distance. There are frequent bus services (93, 293, 413).

The room comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed. There is lots of extra storage room in the shed. We have plenty of fridges / freezers, a washing machine, TV, Skybox, BT Internet package.

The place has a lovely lounge/dining room, a nice kitchen, beautiful garden and terrace, shared bathroom. No allocated parking lot, but free street parking available.
Rents is £500 pcm (inc Unlimited internet, water cost, gas, electricity and Council Tax). Deposit requires £500.

The current housemates:

A young professional, working in retail and myself working in University of London. I love travelling, reading, watch films, cooking, hanging out with friends. This house is my home and I would like somebody who would understand it and appreciate it.

The new ideal housemate would be a young professional, respectful and easy going, who is looking forward to living in a well kept house and will contribute to keeping it that way.
The current housemates prefer not share with smokers and not to have pets in the house.
