A lovely double room is available to rent in a modern flat in a quiet, new build complex in Morden. It's about a 10 minute walk to Morden tube station (northern line). There is a bathroom (not en-suite) but would be for your very own sole use.
The room has a large double set of drawers and an open wardrobe. Plenty of underbed storage space and storage space available in the rest of the flat.

All bills included (except for a cleaner which would be discussed), the flat has a washing machine, fast hyperoptic broadband, your own cupboard in the kitchen, plus household cleaning products included. This is a non-smoking flat but any smokers can smoke outside. As the flat is fully furnished, its more suited to someone who doesn't have large furniture or too many kitchen appliances etc.

I am a South African girl in my 30s, so you would only be sharing with one person. I am a freelance sports therapist with a busy social life so am out and away a fair bit. This is my home so its not suitable for anyone looking for a party pad, but would suit someone looking for a chilled place to come home to. Looking for a very clean, respectful and considerate female working professional. As I'm in and out most of the day and do some work bits from home quite often, its probably not suitable for someone working from home full time.
Move in date is potentially flexible...can be discussed. There is street car parking for free about 5 minutes from the complex.
