Double bedroom across from Morden Hall Park

Furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk, swivel chair (new), book case, wall mounted shelving, baskets, mirror, clothes hangers and clothes railing this room is ideal for a 20 something. The apartment is on the Wandle river so you can hear the sound of the water as you sleep/nap. You can also enjoy the spring time renewal of the birds and fish occupying the river. One of the most beautiful parks in London, Morden hall park is just across the road..

The kitchen has a large fridge and washing machine. We do not have a clothes dryer, instead we use an airing cupboard or a fold out drying rack. There is a large dining table in the open living room space. You would be very welcome to use this to do work from home if you need a change of space. We just ask that the table is used for WFH on weekdays 9-5.

I am the live-in landlord and my longterm girlfriend Caitlin (24) also lives in the flat. I am a professional working in music post production and Caitlin is an artist who also works with children.

To give you an idea of cleaning habits, with my last lessee we found that it was best to utilise a cleaning rota shared between the 3 of us for general flat cleaning. Either 3 of us were assigned to bathroom, kitchen, or floors/+bins. This was rotated weekly and could be done on any day of that week. Of course any personal tidying like dishes are that persons responsibility and we will also honour that.

All bills and council tax are included in the monthly payment.
